The situation
VitaLife is a membership Direct Primary Care practice in rural Arizona, evolving into the modern-DPC model: hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight loss, peptides, IV and NAD, longevity, and aesthetics.
Enrolment came almost entirely from word of mouth. The old website generated zero leads in two years, and it confused the people who did find it.
Nobody landing on it could tell what Direct Primary Care actually was, what membership included, or why it was worth paying for monthly. So the practice was adding the cash-pay services patients were already asking for, with no way to explain any of it to someone who had not already been told by a friend.
What we did
The website was the last thing we built, not the first.
The real problem was that the offer itself had never been made legible to someone discovering DPC online, so we started there: the membership, then the education, then the site that carries both.
- Rebuilt the membership itself into clear tiered plans, so a visitor can see which one is for them, what it covers, and what it costs, including cover for a whole family.
- Built funnels that teach before they ask, because most people have never heard of DPC. They explain what membership replaces and what it saves a family over a year, then invite the person in.
- A Hormone Age Map, a membership-match quiz, a hyperlocal wellness score, and a real-cost calculator, all interactive lead captures no competitor offers.
- An AI receptionist, Claire, that answers and books around the clock.
- Engineered for Core Web Vitals speed and for AI-search visibility.

As a whole, I couldn't love this website more. I'm loving it all. Love working with you guys, you guys are great.
Most DPC practices have the same ceiling: growth is capped by how fast word of mouth travels.
That is not a traffic problem, it is an explanation problem. Nobody enrols in something they cannot understand, and DPC is unfamiliar to almost everyone who has not already been sent by a friend.
So we fixed the offer and the education first, then built the site to carry them. That is the whole modern-DPC play in one build: a membership a stranger can understand and choose, cash-pay services marketed properly, real AI-search citations instead of theory, and organic leads with zero ad spend.
