These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover work we do for clients: that is governed by the specific agreement we sign with you, and where the two differ, that agreement wins.
Using this site
You are welcome to read this site, quote from it with attribution, and share it. You may not copy it wholesale, pass our work off as your own, or scrape it to rebuild something similar.
The case studies, the writing, the images, the data and the design here belong to us, except where we have credited someone else.
What the results on this site mean
Every number we publish is real, comes from a real client account, and states the period and basis it was measured over. We do not round figures up, and we do not present a peak month as if it were the norm.
What we do not do is promise you the same outcome. Results depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, your capacity and your own follow-through. Anyone guaranteeing you a specific number of leads by a specific date is guessing, and we would rather say so.

Prices shown on this site are current at the time of publication and are a starting point, not a quote. The price we put in writing to you is the price that stands.

Where we link out, we do not control what is on the other end and cannot be responsible for it.
