Massive Impact
Cookies and tracking
Last updated 22 July 2026
This page lists what we store on your device and why. We have grouped it by what each one actually does, rather than by who supplies it, because that is the part you care about. Nothing in the analytics or advertising groups runs until you agree to it.
Essential
These make the site work and cannot be switched off. They remember your cookie choice so we stop asking, keep your place in a form so a submission is not lost, and block automated spam.
Functional
These remember a preference you set. Right now that is the light or dark theme, so the site does not flash the wrong one at you on the next page. No personal information is stored in it.
Analytics
These tell us which pages people actually read, where they arrive from, and where they give up. We use them to fix the parts of the site that are not working, not to identify you personally.
This includes our own first-party measurement. We would rather own our data than rent it from a platform, so some of this is measured on our own systems and on our own domain rather than handed to a third party.
Advertising
We advertise on Google and Meta. If you agree to these, those platforms may set cookies so we can tell which ads bring people who become clients, and so you may see our ads again after visiting. That is retargeting, and it is why a site you visited seems to follow you around.
If you would rather not, decline this group. Nothing else on the site changes, and you can still book a call.
Your choice, and changing it
You choose when you first arrive. Analytics and advertising cookies are not set until you agree. You can change your mind whenever you like from the cookie settings link in the footer, and we honour a Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one.
Your browser also lets you see, block and delete cookies directly. Blocking the functional cookie will not break anything, the site will simply forget your theme.
Booking and contact widgets
Our calendar and contact form are embedded from GoHighLevel, the system we use to manage enquiries. Those widgets set their own cookies so they can hold your place in a form and stop spam, and they are covered by GoHighLevel's own policy.
If an extension blocks them, the page gives you a direct link, and you can always just email us.
