Privacy policy

This explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language and kept it specific, because a policy you cannot read protects nobody.
What you give us
If you book a call or send a message, you give us your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write, which is usually your business and what you want help with. If you add a phone number, we hold that too.
What we collect automatically
With your agreement, we measure how the site is used: pages viewed, roughly where you came from, which advert or link brought you, what device you are on, and an approximate location from your IP address. This is how we tell which pages are worth keeping.
Some of this runs on our own systems rather than being handed to a platform. We would rather own our measurement than rent it, and it means less of your activity leaves our hands.
None of this runs until you agree to it. Decline, and we collect only what is needed to make the site function.
Advertising
We advertise on Google and Meta. If you accept advertising cookies, those platforms can tell us which adverts bring people who become clients, and may show you our adverts again after you visit. You can decline that and still use everything here.
Why we are allowed to
- Because you asked us to: replying to your enquiry and holding the call you booked.
- Because you agreed: analytics and advertising cookies, which we do not set until you say yes and which you can withdraw at any time.
- Because we have a genuine business interest: keeping records of client conversations, and protecting the site from spam and abuse.
Who else sees it
Our booking calendar and contact form are provided by GoHighLevel, which stores enquiries on our behalf. Analytics and advertising involve Google and Meta. Our email is hosted by a mainstream provider. Each is bound by its own terms.
We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and client records: for as long as the relationship is live and a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Analytics: in aggregate, for as long as it is useful. If you ask us to delete your details, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask for a copy. You can withdraw your cookie consent whenever you like from the cookie settings in the footer. Write to us and a person will deal with it, no special form, no reference number.
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, we update this page and the date on it. We will not quietly start collecting something new and leave this page saying otherwise.
