Escape room marketing & SEO
Your Saturdays sell out. Your Tuesdays do not. Closing that gap is the fastest growth in the building, and it is exactly what we build for.
Real client sites, real accounts, real numbers.

You are not short of demand. You are short of Tuesdays.
- Saturday sells itself. Midweek is the room to grow.
- Weekend clicks only get pricier. Midweek is cheaper and emptier.
- Corporate, student and group demand is already there midweek.
The weekend takes care of itself. Monday to Thursday is the room to grow, and getting found there is the whole job.
The receipts
Not one lucky account. The same pattern, across the book.
Real escape room Google Ads accounts, straight from the platform. Client names removed, spend withheld, the number shown as a ratio, and held every month, not a peak.
A sample of the book, not all of it. Google Ads and organic proof, anonymized per our results-data rules.

They arrived having spent £6,000 on ads with nothing to show and a booking journey that broke.
We rebuilt the Google Ads and Meta accounts and wired every campaign straight to their Resova booking, so the spend finally turned into bookings, not clicks.
The £86,000 is owner-stated by Piyush Agarwal, who ran the account. The return-on-ad-spend figures come from the Google Ads and Meta platform reports.

We make the ads, not just run them.
Escape room advertising, made in-house: every one of these was designed for a real venue’s campaign, not bought from a template.

An escape room is a world, but most websites sold it like a product listing. We wanted the page to feel like the game itself, so a visitor could step in, interact with it, and get pulled into the story before they ever booked. One place that holds the whole experience and works for every kind of visitor a venue gets, from someone just browsing to someone ready to book tonight. We designed that pattern first, and you now see a version of it on escape-room sites the world over.
Escape Room Cards
One card that makes a room feel like a whole world at a glance, then makes the click feel inevitable. The themed art, the one-line hook, the room name, the duration, players and difficulty, the escape rate, and the two buttons that actually matter.
One system, any theme.

Escape Room Booking Page
The full single-room page, built in the order that converts a curious click into a booked time slot. The themed hero, the gallery, the card, the quick details, the real reviews, the accessibility notes, the FAQ, and the booking widget, all in one flow.
The whole page, engineered to book.Designed and built by Massive Impact for client venues since 2019. The pattern you now recognize across the category started on our screens.

Unprompted messages after Piyush's industry workshops, from operators across four continents.
Your 'Unlocking New Demographics With Digital' workshop was excellently practical and valuable for all the escape rooms owners in the room.
Second one of your workshops I've attended. Great value every time.
By far the best workshop at Game ON.
That was a half day course in 2 1/2 hrs. What a time saver!
Impressive. It was exactly how to do Google campaigns.
Valuable information in helping to better understand what we have at our fingertips with regards to Google Ads.
Photoshoots booked... that's all thanks to you.
This was a great workshop!! Piyush is a great knowledgeable host.

When someone asks AI for something to do, be the answer.
More and more, people don’t search a list of escape rooms. They ask an assistant what to do this weekend, or where to take a group, and get back one recommendation, not ten links. We build so your venue is the name it gives, even to people who weren’t searching escape rooms yet.
- Content structured so a model can lift a whole answer, not just crawl a page.
- Structured data server-rendered, because AI crawlers run no JavaScript.
- Your venue's facts identical everywhere, so a model is confident which business it is describing.

The whole engine, not a piece of it.
One team, so the ads, the site and the follow-up pull the same direction.
- Google AdsPointed at the slots you need filled, not the ones that fill themselves.
- Local SEOThe map pack and the near-me searches, where players actually look.
- Meta AdsProspecting and retargeting for the groups who were not searching yet.
- WebsiteBuilt so the click reaches the booking screen without friction.
- Booking integrationWired to Resova, Bookeo, Xola and the rest, so spend becomes purchases.
- ReviewsVolume and velocity, the signal that decides who gets chosen.
- EmailSequences that bring past players back midweek.
- Corporate and groupsThe team-building and party demand that fills a Wednesday.
- Gift cardsA revenue line most venues underuse, and one we know how to turn on.
- AI searchBeing the answer when someone asks an assistant, not just a result.
- TrackingEvery booking attributed, so you know which pound worked.

What is escape room marketing?
Escape room marketing is the system that keeps a venue's rooms booked: a fast website wired to the booking engine, local SEO and the map pack so the venue is found for city-plus-occasion searches, paid search and social pointed at the specific slots that need filling, and follow-up that brings past players back.
The goal is not just weekend traffic, which largely arrives on its own, but a full calendar Monday to Thursday, where a venue's fixed costs are the same but the rooms usually sit empty. Massive Impact is an escape room marketing agency that has run this for more than 60 venues and publishes the industry's owner surveys.
How do escape rooms get more bookings?
Stop competing for the weekend and start selling the weekdays.
Saturday demand largely arrives on its own and every venue in your city bids against you for it, which is why weekend acquisition gets more expensive every year. The bookings worth buying are Monday to Thursday, where corporate team-building, student groups and birthday parties already exist but are rarely asked. Your fixed costs are identical whether a room runs or sits dark, so a filled Tuesday is close to pure margin.
Why are my escape rooms empty Monday to Thursday?
Because almost nothing in your marketing is aimed at the people who are free then.
Weekend players are consumers browsing for something to do; midweek players are companies booking team events, schools and student groups on a budget, and locals who would come back if given a reason. Those are different audiences reached through different channels, and a single always-on campaign pointed at your busiest days will never find them.
What does escape room marketing cost?
Our Growth Site starts at $5,900 as a one-time build, and the Growth Plan that runs the traffic and follow-up starts at $590 a month.
Fixed price and fixed scope, quoted exactly on the call. What matters more than the build price is the return: we manage the spend to a return you can see in your own bookings, and we report the monthly numbers, including the months that dip.
Is escape room SEO worth it?
Escape room SEO is worth it because your customers search by city and by occasion, not by brand, and those searches repeat every week forever.
SEO for escape rooms is really local SEO and the map pack, which is where a venue gets chosen, and unlike ads that traffic doesn't stop when the spend does. It compounds, which is the difference between renting your bookings and owning them.
Do you work with venues other than escape rooms?
Yes.
Axe throwing, bowling, arcades, mini golf, trampoline parks, laser tag, go karts, indoor playgrounds and family entertainment centres all run the same economics: a fixed cost base and a calendar of time slots that either sell or expire. Escape rooms are where our deepest proof is, with more than 60 venues worked with and three published industry surveys, and the system transfers directly.
How do you get an escape room recommended by ChatGPT?
By making the venue legible to a machine as well as a person: content that answers a whole question in one self-contained passage, structured data rendered on the server where an AI crawler that runs no JavaScript can still read it, and business facts that match everywhere they appear.
Most venue sites fail the second point without knowing it. We've built sites that get named by Grok and ChatGPT when someone asks, and we build for escape rooms the same way.
We already run ads and they work. Why change anything?
Then you are the venue that gets the most from this.
Good becomes dominant when the site, the search presence and the ads finally run as one system instead of three separate efforts. We will show you, on your own numbers, where the extra room is.
How is this different from the last agency that overpromised?
Ask us for the monthly numbers of a venue like yours and we will show you the actual reports, including the months that dipped.
You judge us on bookings and cost per booking, not on impressions.
We are a small venue. Is this overkill?
Possibly, and we will tell you on the call if it is.
If your rooms are already at capacity midweek there is less here for you. The venues that gain most have strong weekends, a quiet Tuesday and no system pointed at it.
How fast will we see it working?
Paid campaigns point at bookable slots from launch, so that moves first.
Local SEO and the review engine compound over the following months. We show you the numbers monthly, including when they move the wrong way.
Where’s your room to grow?
We’ll look at your real booking data and your search presence, and tell you straight where the room to grow is, and whether we’re the ones to do it.
