A busy Bangalore entertainment venue with escape rooms, laser tag, a gaming zone, and birthday and corporate bookings, in a crowded local market.
The business runs on the phone, so the metric that matters is the calls the ads drive, not clicks. Demand swings hard with the festival calendar and the school year.
What we did

For a walk-in and phone-booking venue, calls are the money metric: averaging around 200 qualified calls a month, then lifting volume 31% while CTR nearly doubles, shows real demand, not vanity clicks.
