The situation
Game Over Burlington is a Canadian escape-room venue that onboarded in June 2026 with broken conversion tracking and a sprawling, inefficient Google Ads setup.
The spend wasn't being credited with the bookings it drove, so no results claim could be trusted until the foundation was rebuilt.
What we did
We fixed the foundation first, then let the numbers speak.
Full access within a week, a complete audit by mid-June, tracking rebuilt with the developer, and the ad accounts restructured around what actually converts.
- Collected platform access within a week and audited every ad account before touching spend.
- Rebuilt conversion tracking with the developer so real spend is credited with real bookings.
- Restructured Google Ads: branded split from non-branded, budget concentrated on a core local Search campaign and a Performance Max Scale campaign.
- Consolidated scattered Facebook and Instagram campaigns into a focused sales structure, with fresh image and video creative.
The results
- 6.29Xreturn on the first Facebook sales campaign in its opening partial month, an early signal, not an account average
- 63phone-call leads from Google Ads in the first month, led by the Performance Max and core Burlington campaigns
- Foundation firsttracking rebuilt and fully fixed by 4 July 2026, the point a clean track record starts
Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, June 2026 baseline. Conversion tracking was only fully fixed on 4 July 2026, so the June account ROAS isn't reliable and is not quoted; the 6.29X sales-campaign return and the 63 phone calls are the early, defensible signals.
The creative we ran
Real ads we designed and shipped for Game Over Burlington. The creative is ours, made before a dollar of media went out.
Game Over Burlington is the fix-the-foundation-first story.
Onboard, audit, rebuild tracking, restructure spend, then let the results show. The early 6.29X on the first sales campaign says the method is already pointing the right way, and the honest baseline framing is exactly how we report.
