The situation
Exitus came to us having spent £6,000 on advertising with no return to show for it, and a website experience that broke the journey between the click and the booking.
The money was going out and the bookings were not coming back.
What we did
We rebuilt the paid engine around the booking system rather than around clicks: a structured Google Ads account separating Performance Max, non-brand search and brand, with Facebook prospecting and retargeting alongside it, all pointed at Resova so spend turned into purchases.
- Google Ads restructured into separate Performance Max, non-brand and brand campaigns, with negative-keyword lists and budget moved monthly toward the highest-return campaigns.
- Facebook prospecting and retargeting tuned by audience and creative, with copy revised whenever click-through softened.
- Campaigns aligned to the UK holiday calendar, including the Spring Bank Holiday push.
- Everything wired to the Resova booking system so a click could become a purchase.
The results
- £86,000generated in 8 months, owner-stated
- £6,000they had spent on ads for zero return before us, owner-stated
- 5X to 6Xblended Google Ads return held since 2022, hitting the contracted 6X milestone

The eight-month figure is owner-stated by Piyush Agarwal, who ran the account. Older Dashthis reports run back to ~Dec 2022 and show a sustained 5X to 6X return that hit the contracted 6X milestone in November 2024.
The creative we ran
Real ads we designed and shipped for Exitus Escape Rooms. The creative is ours, made before a dollar of media went out.
Exitus is the clearest before-and-after we hold in entertainment: a venue that had already tried paid advertising, lost money on it, and assumed the channel did not work for them.
It was not the channel, it was the structure underneath it.
