The situation
Lost Reality was a single-location escape-room and VR venue in a competitive Perth market, and Sam had hit a wall trying to scale it.
The ads weren't reliably profitable, the SEO was inconsistent, and he was juggling separate pieces instead of one partner who'd stay on top of it without being chased. What he really wanted was what the big franchises had: more than one location.
What we did
We ran the Growth System as one package: the Growth Site, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, and ongoing maintenance.
Google Ads runs a brand campaign plus day-parted escape-room, student, and things-to-do campaigns on a controlled daily budget. Facebook runs an always-on sales campaign.
Sam's point: things get fixed before he even notices.

The results
- ~65X avgGoogle Ads ROAS across the year, holding 65X to 95X (peaked at 114X in January)
- 1 → 3locations since 2022, one partner Sam doesn't have to chase
- +71%bookings year over year in peak season

Google Ads and booking-system data. Since spend was cut roughly in half in late 2025 (to ~A$500/mo), the return climbed into the 65X to 95X range, so read the efficiency alongside the lean budget.
What I find convenient is that everything is included in one package, SEO, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and even website maintenance. It's important to find someone who really cares about your business, and you do. To you, it's a relationship, not just a job.
Lost Reality is the scale story: we reworked the branding, rebuilt the site, and ran paid and SEO as one engine, and a single location became three by June 2026.
It's also the ROAS proof at the top of the range, held month after month, alongside booking growth above 70% in peak season, with one full-service partner Sam doesn't have to chase.
