The situation
Jay started Lock N Escape in 2021, during COVID, and struggled to get booked consistently: a national-level franchise in the same city was pulling most of the demand.
He needed a partner who actually understood the escape-room product well enough to market it, then help move the business from an online start into physical rooms. As he put it, you cannot market something you do not understand.
What we did
We applied the Growth System end to end, tuned to how escape rooms actually get booked.
- A Growth Site that launched already ranking, plus a dedicated landing page that lifted engagement and conversions.
- Escape-room-savvy SEO: branded and non-branded terms, plus birthday and corporate clusters, citations, and GMB work.
- Google Ads run as a portfolio: PMax, a dedicated brand campaign, and search for the corporate and birthday segments.
- Facebook and Instagram run as a funnel: cheap reach up top, then retargeting the add-to-cart pool with offers.

- 4.2X → 6.3XGoogle Ads ROAS, improving to a 6.3X peak then holding around 5.6X
- 12,523Google reviews as of July 2026, now the top-rated room in its market

Monthly Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO reports, Nov 2025 to June 2026.
What I liked about Massive Impact is they understood escape rooms. If you're on the fence, I was like that in 2021 when I contacted them, and right now I am the top-rated escape room with 7,000 reviews in Google.
Lock N Escape is the retention-plus-growth story: a client who started from nothing in COVID, stayed for years, and watched bookings double while ROAS climbed.
The 12,523-review count (July 2026) is social proof no competitor can fake.
