The situation
BrainXcape runs high volume in one of the most competitive escape-room markets in the world, with rivals bidding hard on the same core search terms.
The owner is a genuine visionary, an artist who built most of his games by hand and insists on hiring the best people in the industry. He needed paid traffic that paid back, organic rankings that held against that pressure, and a booking site that could convert seasonal demand without wasting spend.
What we did
We ran the Growth System across every channel at once: Google Ads wired to the booking flow, Facebook and Instagram, SEO across the whole site, and a listings and reputation cleanup.
- Google Ads on manual CPC and Performance Max, built for return, with seasonal asset groups and continuous negative-keyword pruning.
- Facebook and Instagram Ads, always-on top-of-funnel plus retargeting and event pushes.
- SEO: 79 target keywords mapped to pages, titles and meta rewritten across 17 pages, structured markup site-wide.
- Listings and reputation: TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Google Business Profile refreshed and corrected.

The creative we ran
Real ads we designed and shipped for BrainXcape. The creative is ours, made before a dollar of media went out.
We reached him with a single cold email, then overhauled the whole operation: branding, a consistent presence across every platform and directory, SEO, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
He went from three rooms to five in the most competitive escape-room market in the US. BrainXcape proves the Growth System performs where it's hardest.
