1. Services Covered

  • Eligible Services: Refunds are available for our Google Ads and Facebook Ads management services. If you are dissatisfied with our services within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

  • Non-Refundable Services: No refunds are applicable for other services, including but not limited to Website Design, SEO, or any other service. If a service has been delivered, or if the client changes their mind after the service has commenced and work has been processed, no refund will be provided.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Clients who are dissatisfied with our Google Ads or Facebook Ads services may request a refund within 30 days of the service start date.

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, clients must contact us within 30 days of the service start date via email at [email protected].

  • Once a refund request is received, we will review the request and communicate the decision to the client within 2-3 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

  • In special circumstances, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services, we may consider partial or full refunds depending on the situation.

5. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days. However, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be credited to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Fees related to Setup, Tracking, Analytics, and any other non-service-related fees are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • If a client cancels a service mid-project, no refund will be provided for the work already completed.

8. Payment Methods

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

9. Special Circumstances

  • No refunds will be provided in cases where the client is at fault, in instances of force majeure, or in cases of a breach of contract by the client.
